Event Host

From chairing conferences and industry panels to online forums and debates, I am well used to heading up events of all sizes. With a background interviewing leading figures, politicians and chief executives, and a successful track record as an investigative journalist, I have considerable experience of conducting interviews and moderating discussions.

Previous engagements include:

** Chair and Host of various events for, among others, People's Powerhouse, Mastercard, the National Day Nurseries Association, Tech Nation, Mountain Rescue, CityCo, Manchester's arts centre HOME, as well as other arts and corporate programmes.

** Event host for Penguin, Manchester Literature Festival, Rochdale Literature Festival and Trafford Libraries. Guests have included Caitlin Moran, John Craven and Tess Gerritsen.

** Chair and Host of The Northern Soul Awards at Hilton Manchester Deansgate and Manchester Cathedral.

I am a practised, confident and erudite public speaker. Past engagements include appearances at Newcastle University, MMU, The Conversation, Westminster University, Energy Saving Trust and CityCo.
